Install from the ikas App Store — no theme editing, no code.
Connecting your ikas store gives you two things at once: the chat bubble on your storefront, and an assistant that answers from your live catalog — the same price and stock your store shows at that moment.
Installing#
- Install the app
Find Pommy AI in the ikas App Store and press install. ikas asks you to approve two permissions: reading products, and editing the online store — that second one is what places the chat bubble for you.
- Pick a workspace
ikas sends you to Pommy. Sign in — or create an account if this is your first store — and choose which workspace the store belongs to.
- Done
The bubble appears on your storefront on its own and the assistant starts reading products. You do not edit the theme and you do not paste any code.
Tip: A storefront serves a cached build, so a freshly placed bubble can take a few minutes to show up. Give it that before assuming something went wrong.
Where to manage it#
Everything lives on the Integrations page in the left menu. ikas has two cards there — Chat widget and Live products — because one connection does two jobs, and each one shows its own state.
Removing the connection#
Remove on the Integrations page disconnects the store: the assistant stops reading the catalog and the chat bubble comes off your storefront. Uninstalling the app from your ikas admin has the same effect. Your conversations and settings in Pommy stay where they are.
