WooCommerce
Your own WordPress store: the plugin first, then a read-only key.
WooCommerce runs on your own WordPress site, so it works the other way around from the hosted platforms: the plugin puts the chat bubble on your site, and a separate connection lets the assistant read your catalog.
1 · Install the plugin#
Install Pommy AI from the WordPress plugin directory — wordpress.org/plugins/pommy-ai — or search for it inside your own WordPress admin. The full walkthrough is on the WordPress page in the Widget section; it also explains why the bubble steps aside on the checkout page.
2 · Connect the catalog#
Back in Pommy, open Integrations and start the WooCommerce connection. WooCommerce shows you an approval screen in your own WordPress admin and hands Pommy a read-only key — it can read products, and nothing else.
Warning: The approval screen only appears if your site is reachable over HTTPS from the internet. A site behind a login wall, a staging password or a local address cannot complete this step.
Removing the connection#
Remove on the Integrations page disconnects the store: the assistant stops reading the catalog and the chat bubble comes off your storefront. Uninstalling the app from your WordPress admin has the same effect. Your conversations and settings in Pommy stay where they are.
