How the assistant works
It speaks only from your data — and never makes things up.
When a customer asks something, the assistant first searches your content: the knowledge base, the product showcase and your appointment data. It writes its answer from what it finds — it does not invent information it has no source for.
Core behaviors#
- Honest when it doesn't know — if something isn't in your content, it says so and points the customer to your team when appropriate.
- Stays on topic — requests unrelated to your business (trivia, homework, chit-chat) are politely declined.
- Speaks the customer's language — Turkish to Turkish writers, English to English writers (you can also pin a single language).
- Shows cards — when a question maps to a product or service, the matching showcase cards open next to the answer; a precise question gets a single card.
- Runs the booking flow — with a calendar connected it suggests available times, books, cancels and reschedules (see the Appointments section).
- Hands over when needed — if it can't resolve the issue, or the customer asks for a person, the conversation transfers to live support.
You control the answer quality#
The assistant is exactly as good as the content you give it. If you see a wrong or missing answer, the first place to look isn't a model glitch — it's that topic's entry in the knowledge base: it may be unwritten, stuck in draft, or out of date.
Tip: A habit that pays off: every question customers ask that the assistant couldn't answer becomes a new knowledge-base entry that week. The assistant gets a little smarter every week.
